You may have spotted one of the most famous chefs in the world causing commotion at The Brewery on 1st April, helping out in some of our restaurants, putting staff through their paces and delighting diners.
Visitors of all ages were excited to see our chef of Honour in action and join in the fun, it certainly was an April Fool’s day to remember!
