Refurbishment & Enhancement of Arcade Place
As part of our ongoing investment and upgrade plan for The Brewery, we are pleased to announce that refurbishment and enhancement work at Arcade Place will commence on 12th May 2025. This exciting project is expected to be completed during Summer 2025. The works will include the installation of new high-level feature structures, updated signage, enhanced lighting, new visitor seating, and improvements to groundworks.
Construction works will primarily take place during normal business hours, with some night work as required. A permanent site setup will be in place throughout the works. Access to the centre and stores will not be affected during this period and Arcade Place will remain open to the public during normal trading hours.
Our priority is to minimise disruption to visitors during this upgrade. If you have any concerns or feedback regarding the site, then please contact the Site Manager using the details below. If you are unable to reach the Site Manager, please follow the escalation process outlined below.
