The Brewery Has Talent!
Ayesha Ariff, 26, Namco employee has designed an art installation at the Namco Brewery Romford. After identifying a plain wall in Namco, Ayesha asked if she could transform the space. Namco Manager, Nigel, agreed providing Ayesha with a brief and was surprised by the result stating “Ayesha’s artwork is unbelievable!”
Ayesha has worked for Namco on and off for seven years, stating “The Namco team are fantastic people to work with! I’ve always come back to work at Namco because they offer flexible working hours and are supportive in each of our talents. At Halloween I have done facepainting for children!”.
General Manager, Nigel expressed “We discover talent within our team and help them shine in their strengths – Ayesha has a gift for art, and this is the biggest installation she has done to date. When she was working on it, people were gathering to watch and were all very impressed! I feel very blessed to have a great team, with all the right people in the right places. Ayesha also makes fantastic birthday cakes as well!”
In December Ayesha hopes to graduate from university and pursue a career in interior architecture and design.
