A McDonald’s team member from the Brewery Shopping Centre is preparing to getting read to face her biggest challenge this weekend as she takes on the Nuclear Mud Run in Brentwood to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)

Courtney, who previously completed a 5km inflatable charity run for the London Air Ambulance, said the experience inspired her to keep trying new challenges.

“That was the start of me wanting to push myself and try new things – plus I don’t mind getting dirty!” she said.

The mud run takes place on Saturday 10th May and Courtney is hoping to complete the course in under three hours.

“I’m feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but mostly I’m looking forward to the challenge,” she added. “I’ve never done a mud run before, so this will definitely be a new experience!”

Everyone at the Brewery Shopping Centre is cheering Courtney on as she takes on the muddy challenge for a brilliant cause. If you’d like to support Courtney, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities here >>
