One Great Day
The Brewery supports One Great Day with Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) initiative and a family fun fairground event.
- Date: Saturday 15th June
- Location: The Brewery Shopping centre, Romford
- Time: 11am – 4pm
The Brewery are inviting families to come down and take part in a range of fun activities including a fun fair workshop offering rubber duck decorating, circus mask making and wooden spoon crafts.
In addition, families can get involved in fairground stalls including ball in a bucket, feed the clown, ring on the bull and other retro fun.
A candy floss and popcorn machine, as well as face painters are also on-hand to add to the theme and fun.
Tom Stobbart, Centre Manager said: ‘Charity is very important to us here at the centre and we aim to support initiatives as much as we can. As well as giving something back to the community, we hope this day provides fun and family time for our customers.’
In addition to the event a range of The Brewery retailers have also kindly offered prizes for The ONE BIG Brewery Hamper Giveaway, which will be run through a free prize draw. The prize will include 2 Vue Cinema passes for any screening, toys from Namco and the Entertainer and a TKMaxx voucher. Other retailers involved include Nuffield Gyms and MOD Pizza.
‘We’re so proud that our retailers are behind us in supporting the great charity initiative. It shows that when it comes to helping out causes, we’re all on the same page,’ added Stobbart.
