Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund Charity Fundraising
The Brewery Romford Shopping Centre are proud to have teamed up with Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund to help those in need, this festive season.
Lennox CCF held a successful charity fundraising day on November 13th, where the Romford community helped to raise £133.64. On the same day, the Brewery displayed the Lennox CCF Giving Tree on level 1.
The Giving tree was decorated with yellow ribbons symbolising hope, and featured tags with the names and ages of children in need. Shoppers had the opportunity to select a tag and purchase a thoughtful gift to help bring some festive joy to the child named.
The Giving Tree ran until December 8th, capturing the hearts of the community. Over 25 heartfelt gifts, ranging from toys to winter essentials, were donated, ensuring a variety of smiles on Christmas morning.
As the collection period concludes, Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund will wrap each gift and deliver them to the recipients in time for Christmas.
The Giving Tree ran until December 8th, capturing the hearts of the community and a special contribution from The Brewery’s cleaning service company Property Support Services Group (PSS). Area Manager, Angus, of PSS Group handpicked each gift ranging from ages 0 to 18. Over 25 heartfelt gifts, ranging from toys to winter essentials were donated, ensuring a variety of smiles on Christmas morning.
In the true spirit of giving, The Brewery and Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund have helped to brighten the holiday season for children facing adversity, proving that together, we can play a part in spreading some joy to the community this Christmas.
