National Vegetarian Week

National Vegetarian Week runs from 16 to 22nd May 2022 and is an annual event to educate people about the benefits of a meat-free diet.

During National Vegetarian Week people are encouraged to try going meat-free for a week. Meat-eaters can still enjoy a vegetarian meal and many people have already adopted meat-free Mondays into their diet. With plenty of vibrant and exciting vegetarian recipes to try, you might just be inspired.

Check out this Easy Red Lentil Dhal recipe from the cookbook Deliciously Ella Quick & Easy by Ella Mills. Remember to pop to Sainsbury’s for the ingredients! If you’re eating out at The Brewery too, all our eateries have some yummy vegetarian options too.
